The average salary package for PGDM 2024 batch was INR 7.2 LPA. The highest domestic package was INR 18 LPA and the highest international package was INR 24 LPA. Major recruiters include HDFC Bank, Deloitte, Amazon, ICICI, Kotak Mahindra, and TCS.
All PGDM students undergo an 8-10 week summer internship after their first year. IBI has tie-ups with 300+ companies for internship placements. Students work on real projects and many receive pre-placement offers (PPOs) based on internship performance. A stipend of INR 10,000-25,000 is offered by most companies.
